Preparation and use

Instruction: red pork

1. Prepare 1.2 kg pork tenderloin, cut into long pieces width of about 1 inch

2. Dissolve the seasoning powder in this sachet with 1 cup of water (240 ml). Mash in the pork until well mixed. And marinate for 2-3 hours

3. Place the pork pieces in a ptfe  pan over low heat. Be careful not to overlap the red pork pieces. Cover the lid for 5 minutes, then turn the meat pieces and cover the lid for another 5 minutes.

4. Open the lid and keep back the red pork pieces until cooked, fragrant and beautiful in color, then lift down and ready to eat.
